Trap Music Museum Teams Up With REVOLT to Honor Latto as This Year’s Recipient of The “Trapper of the Year” Award 

{Atlanta, GA/August 12th, 2024} – The Trap Music Museum and media partner REVOLT are thrilled to announce that rap artist Latto has been named this year's recipient of the prestigious “Trapper of the Year” Award. This accolade recognizes Latto's significant contributions to the trap music genre and her remarkable influence on the culture and community.

The “Trapper of the Year” Award celebrates artists who embody not only the spirit of trap music but who also push boundaries and create authentic, impactful work.

The Trap Music Museum, founded by T.I. in 2018, serves as a cultural institution dedicated to preserving and celebrating the history and legacy of trap music. The museum's annual Trapper of the Year Award is the highest honor the Museum gives to influential artists within the genre, acknowledging their influence and achievements. The ceremony will take place at the Trap Music Museum in Atlanta on August 29th, where fans will enjoy cocktails provided by Hennessy, Mercer + Prince and Volcan Tequila, an assortment of wings sponsored by Wingnuts, guest appearances, trap karaoke hosted by comedian Navv Greene, red carpet hosted by @Trapfairyprincess and sounds provided by DJ AD and DJ Smartt.
